'Walk Cat, Walk!'

"'Walk Cat, Walk!' evokes plenty of after thought and is also gripping as it is played out. Tore Vagn Lid has written quite a brilliant piece. It is stimulating and accessible- even though it is deeply complex it can be met at many different levels.

Having been involved in particularily English language theater in Denmark, as director and in many other capacities, I found 'Walk Cat, Walk!' to be a very important piece of contemporary Scandinavian theater art that has the potential of representing Scandinavian theater to international audiences in a significant and authentic way.
I have been living in London since 2002 and following the theater scene there, I can strongly recommend that 'Walk Cat, Walk!' be brought to audiences there. It is an important play- for its philosophical and intellectual content.

The music is a fantastic element in the play- together with that and the performance of the actors, the pace and scenography of the play make it a small masterpiece!"
